Mayor

The Mayor of the City of Brno represents the city outwardly, has the right to use the mayor insignia and suspended sign with the state symbol of the Czech Republic. The Mayor heads the Municipality of the City of Brno. Mayor convenes and usually leads the assembly sessions and council meetings. He/she is responsible to the Assembly of the City of Brno for his/her activities in the field of independent competency.
